You can chose to leave your "HydroSport" intact, by utilizing a flat bed trailer for hauling rather than tearing it down and putting it in your truck. It really does only take about five minutes to tear it down and it will fit inside a 2000 Chevy Tahoe, however it does require a little work to put it back together. It's not hard, just bulky.
